Ahhh! Where do I start with these two super adorable and soooo in love people? Oh, I know! I’ll start with 5 days ago, when we first received their online inquiry.
On a late Monday night, Vanessa sent us an email letting us that her and her fiancée were looking to do an engagement session and that she really liked the work she saw on our site (Thanks again girlie!). She also mentioned that she wanted to know when was the earliest we could make this session happen. On the rarest of all occasions, Elkin, who happens to be doing the first of his three weekly overnight shifts at the hospital, happened to look at his email and responds almost immediately (gasp! — I know!). Apparently Vanessa like my hubby here, is a little night owl herself and a few late night email exchanges later — a date was set, ideas were exchanged and –on the most perfect autumn Saturday yet — we were making our way through Central Park for a super fun day of shooting.
Vanessa & Juan are like those people that you want to hang out with FOREVER! They were tons of fun and up for EVERYTHING! We might’ve “borrowed” a Central Park property cart and entered (more like climbed over) into “NO ENTER” zones. We may have even been told “No” more than once. But it was all in the name of great pictures and all while having a blast.
Vanessa & Juan are getting married next spring, in my (and their) motherland, Dominican Republic. We wish them the most perfect wedding day and a lifetime of happiness!
